Altitude and health 海拔与健康状况

Huanglong's boardwalk sits at 3,000–3,600 m and Jiuzhaigou at 2,000–3,100 m. Walk slowly, hydrate, and consider oxygen canisters sold along the route (optional). This tour is not suitable for guests with serious heart, lung, blood-pressure conditions, or for pregnancy; guests over 75 or under 3 are not covered by accident insurance and need a signed waiver plus an able-bodied companion.

黄龙海拔约3000–3600米，请放缓节奏；严重心肺疾病、孕妇及75岁以上老人不建议参团。

Huanglong shuttle is capped daily 黄龙观光车限量公告

Huanglong's optional in-park shuttle sells a limited number of tickets per day (about 5,000). If you want it, buy in advance on the official Aba Tourism channel, or simply walk — the boardwalk is the classic way. The cable car saves most of the climb.

黄龙景区电瓶车单日限量约5000张，可提前在“阿坝旅游网”购买；索道可替代大部分爬升。

Meals inside Jiuzhaigou 沟内用餐

To maximise your free-roam time, lunch on Day 2 is not pre-arranged: eat at the park restaurant (from ¥60) or bring packed food. Smoking is strictly banned in the park — fines are heavy.

沟内午餐自理（餐厅约60元起或自备干粮）；九寨沟内严禁吸烟，违者高额罚款。

Train stations and timing 车站与时间

Departure station (Chengdu East / South / West) depends on your ticket — check it the night before and arrive 1 hour early. The return journey ends at a Chengdu station; please do not book same-evening flights or onward trains, as arrival time can vary.

出发/返程以出票车站为准（成都东/南/西），提前1小时到站；返程当晚请勿预订机票车票。

Passport (needed for park tickets and hotels), warm layers (mornings are cold even in summer), sun protection, comfortable walking shoes, your own toiletries, and a small daypack. Rain gear is smart in the mountains.
